How do I create or update my account? 

To create an account you may use your social media login, google account, Amazon or an Email Address and Password. If you already have an account and wish to update your information, click log In. 

Product Information 

How do I find the products that I need? 

There are different ways to find the products that you want. You can search for products using the search box on the upper right-hand corner on every page, entering keywords (waist trainer, shapewear, tummy control). You can also search for products by clicking over the menu bar and selecting the category that fits your need. 

How do I know the correct size for my product? 

Each product page has its own size finder that will guide you in selecting your perfect size. 

We are updating our products and hope to have some measurement guide videos soon.

How do I add multiple products to my cart? 

Simply click Add to cart on any product and keep shopping. When you’re ready to checkout hit the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.

We offer Free Worldwide shipping on all orders and we also Priority Shipping so you have the option of free delivery or paid delivery for a faster service.

How do I track the status of my order? 

After you place your order, you will immediately receive an email with a summary of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number.
